Art Director and Copywriter

Job Overview:


myOnly Management is seeking a highly talented and dynamic Creative Team consisting of an Art Director and a Copywriter to join our team. The Creative Team will be responsible for generating innovative and engaging content ideas for our myOnlyfans creators, with a focus on developing viral content that captures the attention of audiences worldwide. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in various niches within the adult industry and have a keen eye for identifying emerging trends. This role requires individuals who can effectively tailor content strategies to align with each creator's unique brand and vision, ultimately taking their online presence to new heights.

General Team Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with myOnlyfans creators to understand their specific brand, vision, and target audience.

2. Develop and execute creative content strategies that are tailored to each creator's unique identity, while ensuring alignment with the latest trends and the adult industry's various niches.

3. Generate innovative ideas for viral content that resonates with target audiences, drives engagement, and increases online visibility.

4. Continuously monitor trends and advancements within the adult industry to inform future content strategies and keep our creators at the forefront of the online landscape.

5. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to creators, enabling them to continually improve and refine their content.

6. Collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded content strategy.

Art Director Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the visual aspects of content, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically appealing output that accurately represents each creator's brand.

2. Direct the design and production of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and photos.

3. Collaborate with the Copywriter to develop cohesive and engaging visual narratives that complement the written content.

Copywriter Responsibilities:

1. Craft compelling copy that effectively communicates each creator's message, while maintaining their unique voice and style.

2. Write headlines, captions, and other text elements to accompany visual assets, ensuring a cohesive and engaging content experience.

3. Collaborate with the Art Director to develop content ideas that combine strong visuals and persuasive copy.

Qualifications:

Art Director:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2. Proven experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or a similar role, preferably within the adult industry or related fields.

3. Strong understanding of various niches within the adult industry and the ability to create visually appealing content that caters to diverse interests.

4. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creators and team members.

Copywriter:

1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2. Proven experience as a Copywriter or a similar role, preferably within the adult industry or related fields.

3. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.

4. Strong awareness of current and emerging trends, with the ability to incorporate them into content strategies.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creators and team members.
