Responsibilities:


1. Manage multiple OnlyFans accounts, ensuring that all messages are responded to in a timely and professional manner.

2. Engage with our Creators in English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each creators's brand, voice, and content strategy to ensure authentic and relevant interactions with their audience.

4. Monitor and track subscriber engagement, providing regular reports to creators on their account performance.

5. Collaborate with the content creation team to develop and implement strategies for increasing subscriber satisfaction and retention.

6. Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, promoting relevant products and services to subscribers.

7. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in order to provide clients with the most effective engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. 1+ years of experience in social media management, customer service, or a related field.

3. Familiarity with the OnlyFans platform and an understanding of the unique needs of content creators on the platform.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

6. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
