Senior Creative Strategist

Job Summary:


We are currently seeking a talented and innovative Senior Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the OnlyFans platform, its audience, and various niches within the industry. They will be responsible for developing creative strategies and ideas that help our creators go viral, attract subscribers, and stay relevant in the ever-changing digital landscape, while creating content that appeals to clients across different niches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the myOnly Management team to develop and implement innovative and unique strategies tailored to each creator's niche and target audience.

2. Leverage a deep understanding of various industry niches to craft content and campaigns that resonate with clients and their audiences.

3. Research and identify emerging trends, platform features, and audience preferences to stay ahead of the curve and ensure our creators remain competitive.

4. Develop comprehensive creative briefs and campaign ideas that effectively communicate the creator's unique selling points and foster subscriber growth.

5. Work closely with content creators, providing guidance and support on content ideas, presentation styles, and engagement techniques.

6. Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results and maximize the creator's return on investment.

7. Attend brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, actively contributing fresh ideas and providing valuable insights.

8. Foster strong relationships with content creators, building trust and ensuring open lines of communication.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably with a focus on social media or digital content strategy.

3. A deep understanding of the OnlyFans platform, its unique features, audience demographics, and various industry niches.

4. Proven experience in developing and executing successful content campaigns that drive user engagement and growth.

5. Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and compelling ideas.

6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. A strong sense of professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure.
